蛋炒饭改良版 Fried Rice with Eggs and Vegetables

材料:

1. 午餐肉、隔夜米饭、1-2个鸡蛋;

2. 葱;

3. 色拉油、生抽、老抽、食用盐;

4. 老干妈;

5. 胡萝卜、豆芽、小包榨菜。

步骤:

1. 将午餐肉切小丁,葱切葱花,胡萝卜切丝,豆芽洗净、鸡蛋加入少许盐打散;

2. 油锅加热后,放入鸡蛋,定型后,翻炒几下,切块装盘待用;

3. 适量添加色拉油,油热后,加入萝卜丝和豆芽,翻炒熟;

4. 加入隔夜米饭,鸡蛋,午餐肉,适量老干妈、生抽与老抽,均匀翻炒5分钟;

5. 加入榨菜继续翻炒2-3分钟;

6. 加入适量盐即行调味,并撒上葱花翻炒几下即可。
